South Seminole Baptist Church Weekday Education’s primary purpose is to teach, guide and love children; to make a lifelong impression on their lives and the lives of their families; teach them about the love of Jesus Christ. We aim to meet the needs of children spiritually, physically, intellectually, socially and emotionally. 

The education of young children must be based on God’s Word as absolute truth. Matthew 24:35

Qualified, Licensed Staff

The staff members of SSBCWE not only have experience and on-going, specialized training in Early Childhood Education/Child Development, but also show a true enjoyment, appreciation and respect for children and their families.  Classroom teachers work together to prepare environments and curriculum which meet the needs of individual children and communicate on a daily basis with parents.

Our Approach To Child Care

Our mission is to impact the children of our community and beyond with the message of Christ’s love, as well as facilitate the child’s growth in his/her relationship with Jesus Christ and His Word. It is also to foster skill building through relevant biblical teaching and positive role modeling. Children may discover their uniqueness and, eventually, God’s mission for their lives. It is a partnership between the church and the home, utilizing the efforts of both parents and the church body to communicate the message of the love of Jesus Christ.

SSBCWE is a full-time state licensed, child care facility for children 6 weeks old to 5 years old, and an after school program for children in Pre- K through 5th grade.  Our Daycare is an extended ministry of South Seminole Baptist Church, providing a Christian based weekday education program from 7:30 am to 5:30 pm, Monday through Friday.
